D. Bjorn Ursus Maritmus Solutum
Yeah, so this is the first post. We'll call it the Canadian Bacon Pizza post because that's what I'm making for supper right now. I should have eaten hours ago, but ya know, things like this happen from time to time.
Besides, what's the good of eating when you're not hungry?
Anyway...this weekend has been pretty damn relaxing. I decided that student papers could wait until next week. Like they ever read the comments I give them anyway. Right? Right. So, I've just been relaxing and doing the things that need to be done around the house...and...got my webpage finally updated to include my trip to Norway two weeks ago. So weird to think that I was just getting on a plane to head back to here one week ago. Oy! How time flies!
Okay...so..the pizza is cooking and almost done, and I'm going to publish this first post and see what happens. Peace to those that are searching for it.

I also like to put pineapple on pizza. Somebody once told me that real pizza does not have pineapple on it. They probably put anchovies on theirs - yech. Why I ask you, put salty fish on...pizza?! WTF?!!! THROW that stinky fish right out the window and hope it lands on the noisy neighbour's car; the one (the VERY one) whose mailbox key you've been plugging up with your chewed up gum. Noisy bastards...
Me. :o)
Hey...that's MY keyhole, bunghole!
Oh...wait...my mailbox doesn't have a lock.
I agree with you about the pineapple and anchovies. I usually get a small can of pineapple when I buy my frozen pizzas, but this time I plum forgot--and canned pears on a Canadian Bacon pizza...
Ummmm....
No....
That's just bloody wrong!
That's like anchovies on piz...
wait...we've covered that already.
Pizza, umhhhh! Will this become the anti-anchovy blog, all from an innocent post-Thanksgiving post?
Because I have to add my thumbs-down on anchovies - give me artichoke hearts and pine nuts, or sausage and black olive, or bacon and ...
Oh, heck, now I have to go make some pizza.
I blog books.
Em, what is "Ursus Maritmus Solutum"? Something academic I'm guessing. Sadly, I am not of the edjumucated variety...sounds like some sort of fish product aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand we're back to the anchovies. Anchovies are our Kevin Bacon.
I looooooooooove bacon. And pork. AND ham. Ooh and I like toasted sesame bagels with butter and sliced garlic. And I like cheesecake and warm caramel. Ooh ooh and I like orange squishies!!! I haven't had a squishie in ages...speaking of orange things, earlier I had a large handful of bulk orange cheesie things and then I had four TUMS and a glass of filtered water.

I like the word insipid. But not hoser.
Neighbours are finally quiet.
Whirled peas to all.
:o)
